Top 2s Room at Urmston Day Nursery

As children become more aware of themselves and others, our Top 2’s programme nurtures emotional development, communication skills, and creativity. Daily routines are filled with hands-on learning and outdoor adventures.

Our Top 2s Room offers the ideal environment for inquisitive children to have lots of fun while learning new skills. The prime areas introduced in our Baby Unit and Toddler Rooms are built upon and developed further, giving every child a strong foundation for their early years journey.

Children can freely explore and choose from a wide range of activities throughout the day, supported by focused activities and child-led play. The room is organised to provide plenty of opportunity for learning and fun at every turn.

As your child is likely to be toilet training at this age, we have en-suite child sized toilets and changing area in one room that allows an easy transition from nappy to toilet.
