Baby Unit
Our cosy Baby Unit offers a calm and comforting space where our youngest children can explore the world safely. With a high staff-to-child ratio, each baby receives close attention, gentle care, and plenty of cuddles to help them feel secure and loved.
Consisting of a variety of amenities helping to ensure we have everything on hand to meet your babies needs.
Within the room we only have resources that are specified for the age range of the babies. These resources help in so many ways to ensure your child has everything necessary to achieve those important goals and milestones.
Activities that are carried out will also be constructed with all of the babies ages and individual needs in mind.
Within the baby room progress records will be available for you to access whenever you wish from our software system and parent app.
The babies records are based on the Early Years Foundation Stage, which focuses on three prime areas:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication and Language Development
- Physical Development
As we ensure an adult to child ratio of 1:3 making the transition from home to nursery is made as comfortable as possible.
Before babies are weaned we do ask for parents to provide their choice of made up formula. As baby progresses to solids our cook will blend our food to the consistency suitable for the individual baby.
